I professional experience included Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Systemic Family Therapy. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families to meet their therapeutic goals and wellness objectives.
I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs. My hobbies include running, gardening, hiking, and taking a lot of animal-inspired walks. The last two years have been spent renovating my family home and exploring different therapy modalities.
